What is The Nest?
Believers in Christ Jesus are invited to experience personal retreats as they walk the three miles of trails, spend time in the prayer cabin, tent or RV camp. Or, groups can gather for day retreats, trainings, study and classes.
To schedule a time or event, please contact Casey Long at or caseysmithlong@gmail.com.
In October, 2019, The Nest property at Grace Community was rededicated at The Feast of Tabernacles to God for His Kingdom purposes.
The Nest vision is to provide a place for the Body of Christ to encounter the Living God for:
Intense study and inspired revelation;
Silent prayers and joyful shouting;
Reverent contemplation and exuberant worship;
Tears of repentance and healing laughter;
Rest and recreation.
The Nest provides a sanctuary for the Body of Christ to gather and reconnect in God’s Presence. It invites the heavenly Dove to birth new life. It is a sending, nurturing place for the young to be commissioned to fly! Rich in Kingdom hospitality, the Body of Christ is welcome to have sweet fellowship in God’s Presence at The Nest.
It is a place where:
The atmosphere of heaven permeates the land;
A Kingdom outpost is being constructed;
A colony of heaven is established;
Healing, refreshing and restoration is offered to the tired and brokenhearted;
The King of Kings is enthroned, and he alone reigns supreme.
COME HUNGRY
Come hungry for more, seeking God with your whole heart and be willing to wait on Him.
Come remembering that there is always the fresh bread of life on the Table of the LORD.
Come thirsty for the water from a very old well that – like Abraham’s well – has been covered over
for a very long time.
Come thirsty like a deer panting for water in a dry land.
Come determined in your heart not to leave without being refreshed.
Come pregnant with expectation.
We have heard how God moved in previous generations. Come praying that
He will renew those deeds in our generation,
and in our time, He will make them known.
We all have the very same mandate
to live as loyal subjects of the King as we extend the borders of His Kingdom,
and see His Kingdom come on earth.
Come ready to see that prayer of Jesus fulfilled.
